Why We Built This
Every month, thousands of Railway employees spend hours manually calculating their TA claims — cross-referencing pay levels, journey legs, breakdown rules, and date calculations. Many get it wrong. Many submit late. Many simply give up and lose the allowance they earned.
AIRMT RailGo started as a personal project — a tool built to solve a real problem that we faced ourselves. What began as a simple calculator grew into a full platform when we realised how many other Railway employees needed exactly the same help.
The mutual transfer challenge is even bigger. Thousands of Railway employees want to swap postings every year — but the process of finding a compatible partner, across the right zone, division, and designation, is entirely manual. Word of mouth. Facebook groups. WhatsApp forwards. There was no dedicated, reliable platform for it.
