AIRMT RailGo – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AIRMT RailGo. By accessing or using this application or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Independent Platform Disclaimer

AIRMT RailGo is an independent digital utility platform developed to assist railway employees with allowance calculations, duty tracking, and mutual transfer discovery.

This platform is not an official Indian Railways application and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Railways or any government department.

2. Eligibility

To use AIRMT RailGo you must:

  • Be an Indian Railway employee or a person directly associated with Indian Railways
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Informational Use Only

All calculations provided in the application, including TA Claim and Night Duty Allowance tools, are intended for informational and assistance purposes only.

Users must verify all calculations before submitting claims to their respective railway offices. AIRMT RailGo does not guarantee acceptance of calculations by railway authorities.

4. Mutual Transfer Facilitation

AIRMT RailGo provides a platform for railway employees to discover potential mutual transfer opportunities.

The platform:

  • Does not participate in negotiations between users
  • Does not handle payments between users
  • Does not guarantee transfer approval by railway authorities

All transfer approvals remain subject to official railway procedures.

5. User Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through a user’s account is the responsibility of the account holder.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile or transfer requests
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than genuine Railway utility tools and mutual transfer discovery
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the platform

7. Accuracy of Information

Users must ensure that all personal and railway-related information provided on the platform is accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the app.

  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated unless required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice
  • Free tier users are entitled to 3 PDF exports at no charge

9. PDF Generation

PDFs generated by the app are for personal record-keeping only. AIRMT RailGo does not guarantee that generated PDFs will be accepted by any Railway department or authority. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with their department’s requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of AIRMT RailGo are the intellectual property of the platform owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

11. Service Availability

AIRMT RailGo may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services.

12. Limitation of Liability

AIRMT RailGo and its developers shall not be held responsible for:

  • Claim rejections by railway authorities
  • Errors caused by incorrect user input
  • Decisions made based on information from the platform
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
