  • Firebase Crashlytics — for automatic crash reporting and app stability improvement. Crashlytics collects anonymised crash logs, device model, and Android version. No personal data is included in crash reports.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications including transfer match alerts and subscription reminders
  • Razorpay — for processing subscription payments. Razorpay handles all payment transactions securely. We do not store your card or payment details. Razorpay’s own Privacy Policy applies to all payment transactions.
  • Google Analytics — for understanding usage patterns and improving performance

These services may process limited user information necessary to provide their functionality.

5. PDF Generation

PDFs generated by the app (TA Claims and Night Duty journals) are saved directly to your device’s Downloads folder. We do not upload, store, or transmit your PDF documents to our servers at any time.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

User data is stored on a secure cloud infrastructure, and access is restricted to authorised systems required for platform functionality.
