We collect information you provide during registration including your name, email address, mobile number, employee ID, department, designation, railway zone and division. We also collect usage data such as the number of PDFs generated and module activity summaries.
Your information is used to provide the AIRMT RailGo services including TA calculation, Night Duty tracking, OT voucher generation and Mutual Transfer matching. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. TA, Night Duty and OT entries are stored locally on your device. Only summary data (total amounts, entry counts) is synced to our servers.
Payments are processed through Cashfree payment gateway. We do not store your card details. All payment transactions are encrypted and secured by Cashfree.
Your transfer request including your name, employee ID, current posting and wanted posting is visible to other registered users of the app for matching purposes. Your mobile number is shared only after both parties agree to connect.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
