Refund Policy — AIRMT RailGo

1. Subscription Refunds
AIRMT RailGo offers subscription plans at ₹249/month (Basic) and ₹449/month (Pro). Once a subscription is activated and payment is confirmed, refunds are generally not provided except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same subscription period
- Payment was deducted but subscription was not activated within 24 hours
- Technical error caused incorrect billing
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the payment date:

Include your registered email address, payment date, and Razorpay transaction ID.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of AIRMT RailGo has no charges. No refund requests apply to free tier usage.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Subscriptions that have been partially or fully used
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window
- PDF exports already generated under the subscription
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
