                    At All India Railway Mutual Transfer (AIRMT), we care about our members and believe in being transparent. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our membership plans and financial services. We request all users to read this page carefully before making any payment.


1. Free Membership

Our Free Membership plan is available at no cost to all Indian Railways employees. Since no payment is involved, there are no refunds for this plan. Free members can create a profile, search for mutual transfer partners, and use the platform without any charges.


2. Paid Membership Plans (Premium & Financial Plus)

We offer Premium and Financial Plus membership plans to provide enhanced benefits, including advanced profile visibility, direct connections, and financial services.

  • If you cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of 100% of the amount paid.

  • After 7 days, membership fees become non-refundable, as services are considered consumed.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the payment was made through official channels on our website.

This ensures that genuine members can try our service risk-free while preventing misuse.


3. Financial Services (Loan Assistance & ITR Filing)

Along with mutual transfer support, AIRMT also offers financial management services such as:

  • Loan application support

  • ITR (Income Tax Return) filing assistance

Refunds for these services are handled separately:

  • If you cancel before we begin processing your request, you may receive a full refund.

  • Once processing has started or the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

This policy is in place because financial services require time, effort, and third-party processing costs.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at mailwhendutycalls@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your name, registered email ID, payment date, and transaction details.

  3. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days.

  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking).

We recommend keeping a record of your transaction details until the refund is completed.


5. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the membership period has already been used beyond 7 days.

  • If the financial service request has been completed or is in progress.

  • If the member provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.

  • If the account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

These exceptions help us keep the platform fair for all users.
